Colonial Boundary maps

Does the Eritrea-Ethiopia Boundary Commission decision based on 1900, 1902, and 1908 colonial treaties or the so-called 1991 / 1993 Meles's hidden Treaty?

The following maps are taken from the Web site for the Eritrea-Ethiopia Boundary Commission.

Map 1: Colonial Boundary presented by the Eritrea-Ethiopia Boundary Commission

Map #2  - Western area claimed by Eritrea and Ethiopia
