Tsegay and Reda

I think Mr. Getachew reda is a person who would not shy away from being on the limelight, even at the expense of making a fool of himself. He hasn't a shred of integrity that qualifies one as a normal human being.  Mr. Reda is either confused or lying. You may wonder what proof I have got for my strong accusation. Yes, I have enough evidence to label this person as a liar or confused individual. Just to mention one or two would suffice.  In defence of his article, with a rather long-winded title "As There is No limit to Praise Our Saints of The Sky, There is no Limit As Well For Bashing & cursing The Devil of Earth Either!", Mr. Reda in his aricle, "Abebe! From Addis Abeba, Go A Head Please!" has twisted the English word "denigration" by defining it in a manner that would suit his needs. He wrote "The English translation denigration means -defamation, the act of making black." However, the Oxford Advanced learner's Dictionary defines the word in question, and the one used as a definition of the word in question in Mr. Reda's definition as follows:

deni•grate /{den{I}gre{I}t/ verb [vn] (formal) to criticize sb/sth unfairly; to say sb/sth does not have any value or is not important: I didn't intend to denigrate Meles's stature.

deni•gra•tion /{,}den{I}{gre{I}{S}n/ noun [U]

de•fame /d{I}{fe{I}m/ verb [vn] (formal) to harm sb by saying or writing bad or false things about them: The newspaper denies any intention to defame the PM's reputation.

I hope Mr. Reda will understand the subtleties in the definition of the two words and would not be compelled to dismiss them as the same and identical.  There is no reward for guessing the obvious; why Mr. Reda wanted to use "defamation" as his key word in the definition of denigration.  You only need to read four lines down "Could have count against us in the court of Meles/EPRDF for promoting or presenting acrimonious and defaming article against the dear comrade Chairman Meles Zenawi."

Mr. Reda could have easily avoided the limelight of humiliation by leaving the matter to the intended target Dr. Bekele whose article I have responded to.  Dr. Bekele is more than capable to defending his article, as indeed has done.

I know Dr. Bekele is smarter than Messrs. Reda and Zeleke. However, it is beyond me why he chose to team up with these two guys who repeatedly undo his craftily and diplomatically woven lines of attack and on the way destroy his rhythm.

Specially, with Mr. Reda, it is increasingly difficult for Dr. Bekele to conduct a synchronized or concerted attack on "enemies" like me. Mr. Reda's thoughtless lunge puts into question Dr. Bekele's motive to align with Mr. Reda in the first place.

Mr. Reda is naïve enough to think that a display of my photo along side his on Tigray .org website would enable 65,000,0000 Ethiopians to gaze at our photos and to pick up the one who most resembles anti-Ethiopian. What a great idea!! One the other hand, Dr. Bekele is a clever man who can detect the heartbeat of individuals, by their articles and go on to diagnose their ailment -cancer and the lot.
