Wedi Dejach-Gerelasse or Wedi-Alula Aba-Nega?  Divie and Rule The Mark of The Eritrean Beast
A Response to Mr. Haileselassie Girmay

By Eyrusalem Beirhu

I find it appropriate to begin my say by foot noting my heading: Dejach Gerelasse is an Adwan governer who sold Tesene to the Italyans for a riffle, follow suited by Meles Zenawi who also comes from a line of a traitor an ascari, whose sole objective is to defend the ascaries at the expense of Ethiopia. Alula Aba-Nega, in the contrary is an Ethiopian Hero who successfully fought and defeated all enemies of Ethiopia in defense of his country.

Peace to those who seek, hunger and thirst after it: to the people of Ethiopia who are now bridled by the Trojan horses of Shabbia, the deadly enemy of Ethiopia and Ethiopians. Peace, peace to those precious Ethiopians who live in the border who have been sold to Eritrea, by the mercenary clannish anti-Ethiopia government that is stationed in Addis, the symbol of modern Ethiopian civilization.

I have been stunned by, H. Girmay's piece of writing entitled What is Going on? which appears on one of the Pro-Eritrean web site namely “AIGA.” This piece of writing is a commentary on that.

Haileselassie Girmay besmirches the owners of the web site “Dekialula.” To many people’s surprise, Haileselassie Girmay also owns a web site entitled “Poems on the Walk” that barely serves a section of the Ethiopian people or at most his own ego. Whether poems walk, run or lie down is not an issue to Ethiopians at this juncture of our history. It can actually be rendered useless. As the reader may have noticed in the piece of writing, the web site is heavily characterized by the word “incubus” and other words that homonym and rhythm with it. To be honest, although, I very much appreciate the poet’s effort, the work has little value to the common Ethiopian men and women who are again in the jaws of a new, an alien crocodile. To that effect, the walking or dancing poems have no value what so ever. Actually they may have been intended to divert our people’s attention form the foreign rule they are forced to endure. When compared to the magnetic contents and the unsurpassable service that “Dekialula” renders, “Poems on the Walk’ has the value of an absolute nil. To many people’s knowledge and testimonial “Dekialula” is dedicated to the people of Ethiopia. It stands on the side of the Ethiopian people registering their concern louder than any Ethiopian web site.

The recent attack from Meles and Eritreans or half is unmistakable indicator that it is the people’s voice indeed. It is the Cyber Wogahata, the defender of our people. It is a herald of hope, courage and a cyber prophet of the impending change that is over due. It is widely read by all friends and enemies. It quenches the thirst of those who stand on the side of our people and cuts betwixt the belly of the enemies of our country. It presents the news in an unbiased and professional manner, quenching those who are thirsty of news of change in the current Ethiopian polity. “Dekialula” stands on the side of our people and plays a substantial role in hastening the funeral of the so-called government of Ethiopia. Unlike “AIGA”, “WALTA” and HAMBASHA, “DEKIALULA” is the people’s for the people. “AIGA”, “WALTA” and HAMBASHA are actually government sponsored web sites. They are more of clannish that center on Meles’ birthplace and are owned by half-Eritreans the like of Meles and his cabinet. They have adopted pro-Eritrean and anti-Ethiopian stand. Sad to say, these, except “Walta” are supported and run by x-Tigraynet members who left due to the heat that came as result of their clannish and pro-Eritrean stand. Let their postings testify, read for your selves and judge my comments.

Let me come back to Haileselassie Girmay. What is your “at least the new plot?” Have you lost to track the new plot yourself? Where did you leave your reader, H. Girmay? Many times you have refused to heed my advice that you write for the sake of writing without paying attention to your readers. Bad habit and needs to be corrected right away. As usual you have failed to attract the bees that hymn for want of a nectar from your writings. You, Girmay wrote “There is no doubt the government of the day is at odd with many Ethiopians and there is nothing wrong, in fact it is their citizenship’s right to call for policies change or even change of government.” “At odd with many Ethiopians?” What a mockery! Just “Many?” What a willful dishonesty! Who, an Ethiopian, would like to be neocolonized? Who, an Ethiopian, wants to be under Eritrean government, that officially rejected and left Ethiopia in a pretext of freedom from slavery? “Policies change?” I do not understand when people talk of policy changes or better governance when the root of the problem is an alien rule. This indeed is belittling, deminuting the problem. To Girmay, I believe it is a question of “he comes from Adwa” but to the rest of Ethiopians, Meles is an Eritrean in the name of Ethiopian.

What more pieces of evidence do people like Girmay need to prove, that the Meles government belongs not to Ethiopia but Eritrea? Didn’t the government of the gangs show a special interest in Eritrea from the outset of the movement? Isn’t Meles an author of books on Eritrea’s war against Ethiopia? Haven’t many Tigrayans died just for the fact they refused to bother about the so-called dependence-independence of Eritrea? Wasn’t the statement “Netsa Eritrea Zeybele, yetaale” the mangogites policy? What more do we need than giving away our people and our land in the pretext of justice to Eritrea based on defunct colonial notes? What more do we need than the fact that Meles beg the commission to give Tsorona and fort Bodona to Eritrea when justice has awarded them to Ethiopia? What more do we need than Meles being shielded by Eritreans after eliminating those who stood for the territorial integrity of Ethiopia, the truly Ethiopians? My friend, if you are pretending to have slept, indeed you shall not wake up! Other wise, who can fail to understand the situation that Ethiopia is plunged into? Haven’t the distinguished scholars: Tocola, Ghelawdewos, Belay Abay and Hailemariam made it clear to us, that Meles’ government is not Ethiopian in heart? What more do you need, my friend? Or are you betraying us also? If you are on the side of the Ethiopian enemy, you are also by default an enemy of Ethiopia. No wander you have used a pro-Eritrean web site to post your piece of writing, what a shame and even more shameful that you spoke in a belittling manner against the truly Ethiopian web site, “Deqi-Alual.” “gual-lahmna!”

Girmay continues to gloat: “If this government is and indeed has come to office and maintain office using force and conspiracy….” Girmay has purposely chosen the conjunction “If.” That “If’ has the following meaning according to Webster’s NewWorld Dictionary : On condition that; incase that; supposing that; allowing that; granting that; as though. The conjunction clearly shows that Girmay is not sure that the government has come to office and maintains office using force and conspiracy. In other words Girmay in reality is favoring exactly the opposite. He believes that the Meles government who comes from his clan is not holding office by force and brute but by election. I wonder if Girmay is afraid of retribution or that he sincerely believes in what he says.
What piece of evidence does an educated poet need to know that Meles is an instrument in the hands of Shaabia? Is Girmay willfully betraying us, Tigray, Ethiopia? What is wrong?
Do they think one qebele will rule the whole Ethiopia for eternity? Why all the protection and defense when our rights are breached, when our country’s sovereignty is compromised, when our people are murdered on a broad light, when the Tigrayan people who gave him all the support in the hope of democratic governance, justice and equity are silenced with brute force? Why this on earth? It is indeed buffling! The poet adds: “…gun totting chthonic individuals or group of individuals in the name of liberation fronts.” Isn’t that very interesting saying? He sounded Mengistu speaking against TPLF.

How does Girmay know that “the 3rd Woyane” is a gun totting? Although I welcome the saying and pray hard that it should be a gun totting that it may destroy the gun-totting, murdering government, Girmay is speaking contemptuously. He in fact calls the 3rd Woyane a “Chthonic.” In my study of the Greek mythology, the word refers to the underworld of the dead and its spirits. I think Girmay is referring to the dissidents of the TPLF, Seye and the like. He wishes them dead. But he wishes Meles a viva! What reason does Girmay has to hate Seye and love Meles except that Meles is his village-met? Shame! Why would Girmay prefer a traitor to a patriot? Nothing but just because Meles comes from some where in Adwa, the land of our victory over our today’s enemies. To Girmay and to hambasha and Aiga owners, the first, the second and third choice is a half or an Eritrean. Shame, and we call this “geezina, girfitina” in Tigrigna. Haileselassie Girmay, gaezzika, tobalashika!

Girmay continues to gloat: “Dekialula went an extraneous extra mile in its analysis to wedge discords and strife between the people (who hitherto lived in harmony) of Raya and the rest of Tigray – that the Rayas have been forced to learn Tigrigna against their will.” Haileselassie Girmay, how does “the have been forced to learn Tigrigna against their will” complaint drive a wedge between them and other Tigrayans? Is it not the Rayans sole right to complain? Isn’t it Meles philosophy that every language should be spoken and written? How come you Eritrean like Tigrigna was imposed not only on Rayans but also on the rest of us Tigrayans? How is it that teachers were imported from Eritrea to teach us Tigrigna? How is it that an Eritrean teaches Tigraway the originator of the Geez alphabet? We can beautifully correlate this to the government of Meles Zenawi (abebe) where we have almost all his close officials are either Eritreans or halves. Imagine, you telling me not to use words that you do not know? Lytahfer, leytahanek, melhaska ablihika testawe! I want you to know that I am not from Raya but my problems are with you and not with a Rayan. Complaining is not the problem, the problem is treachery, siding with our enemies, and handing over our land to our enemies.

I can call three from your village: Dejach Gerelasse, Legesse Zenawi and Sebhat Nega, the children of the wicked (singular). How dare you speak with all these in your backyard? Since you support Meles by default you can list your name as the fourth as well. In fact let it be known to all that you have purposely said what you said to drive a wedge between the Rayans and the rest of Tigrayans. Unfortunately you will not succeed to do so when you know that I feel very much comfortable with the Rayan Tigrigna than the one you speak that sounds my enemy’s. That is what the Rayans and others are complaining, they do not want to be forced to learn and be graded according to the standards of Eritrean Tigrigna that you do not seem to have any problem with. Meles’ policy at work—divide and rule, the mark of the Eritrean beast!

Girmay continues to gloat: “Why did for example most if not all these web sites failed to devote their time and resources to compose a story and clamor for in defense of the looted and neglected obelisk of Ethiopia that had been struck by lightening in Rome?” Oh, my readers, can you imagine the magnanimity of the concern for Ethiopian history (the obelisk)? As if he has not made himself a powerbase for Meles who reduced Ethiopian history to 100 years! What a subtlety! If you are by chance an ornithologist or a bird watcher hobbyist, you might have observed how a sand piper leads you away from its nest by limping and appearing like it is hurt and helpless. That is exactly what Girmay is doing here. He wants to lead us away limping from the land of the Afars, Eyrob and Badme, Kunama to a piece of an erect monument. The Romans looted our property but the Eritreans in collaboration with Girmay and the like have looted our people and land. The later is not actually looting but treacherously handed in to our enemies. Girmay, please do not limp to lead us away from the real issue. Why don’t you devote your web site to the cause of the looted monument instead of playing with “incubus” and that rhythm with it? It is that easy to criticize others, isn’t it? Any ways, the intent is clear and it is “forget the treachery and the land looted under my village-man, instead worry about the monument.” What a service to Meles and a disservice to the people of Ethiopia!

Girmay continues to Gloat: “This said however, it is time that some people should pause and reflect and stop flirting with any gun toting persons or group of persons and fight for the well being of the nation, otherwise before they know it they will be seen as tools manipulated by others promoting the ills of a nation intentionally or else.” Well, it is a solemn piece of advice that every one should be careful not to fall a prey to any one’s tool to promote our nations ill. Isn’t our country already in ills? Haven’t you yourself fallen into that very trap? Is the Sebhat-Meles government not using you? That is exactly what your writing reflects. Aren’t you using ifs and ifs to save the destroyers of the nation? Take the log off of your eye first that you may find an audience. What other alternative is there to remove, the alien government from Ethiopia if not by means of guns? They came by means of guns for only one purpose and that is to award Eritrea with every thing Ethiopian. And you and yours, stand by the gate to ensure the award reaches the destiny. A gun totting government can go by means of a gun. True or False?

Haileselassie Girmay, are you wedi-dejach Gerelasse or wedi-Alual Aba-Nega? Don’t “flirt” for it is my God-given right to complain. No one but death can take away my right to complain.
